Privacy policy
Effective 3 October 2026
This site is run by Hasnex Systems (Hassan Ateeq). This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you send me and which outside services the site uses.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your work email and the type of build you select. The site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. That is all. You are not added to a newsletter, and your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
Outside services this site uses
- FormSubmit delivers the contact form to my inbox, so your form details pass through their service.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address.
- YouTube hosts the videos. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play, and the player runs in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
How long I keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows. Ask and I will delete them.
Client and project data
Access to your accounts or your clients' data during a project is covered by the NDA signed before any access is granted, not by this page.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you at any time. Email hassanateeq100@gmail.com.
